Across eleven readings in nine Klang Valley residences, particles, carbon dioxide and volatile compounds all sat within safe limits. Humidity did not. It is the one parameter that stays out of range, and the one that grows mould.

Readings taken by our hygiene inspectors during residential assessments in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, using calibrated instruments and recorded per property. This is our own field record rather than a national survey, and it is presented as such.

Inspect
Thermal imaging, calibrated moisture metering and instrument readings across the property, recorded room by room before anything is specified.

Sample
Surface swabs are taken under sealed chain of custody and submitted for laboratory analysis, with settle plates giving an early reading on site. Colour and appearance are not diagnosis.

Engineer
The system is sized and commissioned against your measured conditions, correcting the moisture source rather than treating the surface it appeared on.

Verify
Readings are retaken after commissioning and at agreed intervals, and the residence is issued a written record of its condition over time.
The Certified Dry Standard
A residence under our care is held beneath the humidity threshold at which mould establishes, verified by instrument and documented in a written record. Remediation work follows IICRC S520, the international standard for mould remediation, and assessments follow a thirteen-point hygiene science methodology aligned with DOSH ICOP IAQ 2010.

Faculty of Science and Technology. Before-and-after laboratory swabs are taken on remediation projects and issued to the client as a signed record when released.
